How NeutraLedger handles your data — with no persistent database, all uploads live only in temporary storage and are wiped on a single page refresh.

NeutraLedger has no database. Your financial datasets are never written to a persistent customer datastore. They are held only in temporary, in-session storage for as long as needed to perform reconciliation — and they are wiped by a single page refresh or when the session ends.

What This Means in Practice

No persistent storage — there is no backing database retaining your uploaded bank, gateway, ERP, or ledger files.
Ephemeral by design — data exists transiently in memory/session only during active processing.
Wiped on refresh — refreshing the page or closing the tab clears the in-session data; nothing is carried over to a future visit.
You keep the output — the forensic report you export is downloaded to your own device; we do not retain a copy.

Data We Do Not Collect

Because there is no database, we do not build profiles of your transactions, sell data, or retain your financial records after your session. The reconciliation runs on the data you provide, in the moment, and then it is gone.

Security

Data in transit is protected over HTTPS. Since uploads are processed transiently and never persisted, the long-term exposure surface for your financial data is minimized by architecture rather than by policy alone.

Your Responsibilities
